A native New Yorker, Aliya comes from a long line of designers. A decade ago, she moved to South Florida and developed her own take on the family business. Her practice grew organically, starting with investment properties and projects for friends who were drawn to her unfussy, confident style. What started as a personal passion quickly became a sought-after service for those in the know. 

Today, Aliya works with clients who might struggle to define exactly what they’re looking for, but who trust her to figure it out and deliver a space with every square inch accounted for and truly perfected. On every project, Aliya executes crisp, custom and absurdly luxurious living spaces rooted in practical livability.
